CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS OF THE ASSOCIATION FOR HIGH TECHNOLOGY DISTRIBUTION
Pursuant to resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors and to be reviewed by the members of the Association on October 1992, the Bylaws are hereby amended and restated in their entirety as follows:
