Article VIII - Notices

Section 1. Notices to directors and members shall be in writing and delivered personally or mailed to the directors and members at their addresses appearing on the books of the Association. Notice by mail shall be deemed to be given at the time when the same shall be mailed. Notice may also be given by telegram. Notices shall state the purpose or purposes of the meeting, and business transacted at any special meeting of the members shall be limited to the purposes set forth in the notice therefore.
