JHFOSTER Announces the Acquisition of DevLinks

John Henry Foster Minnesota, Inc. (“JHFOSTER”) today announced it has acquired privately held DevLinks Ltd, a leading systems integrator providing full-service automation solutions to include design, integration and installation with emphasis on the plastics industry.
“The pandemic impacted production across a host of industry segments and placed a spotlight on the increased need for automation and robotic solutions that enable manufacturers to support their business and supply chain challenges,” said Nicholas W. Martino, CEO and President, JHFOSTER. “We are making significant investments to provide our customers with the technology, service, support and relevant product resources that best meet their specific industry, application, and budget. The acquisition of DevLinks supports JHFOSTER’s growth strategy and further enhances the company’s level of expertise and solutions.”

This is the third acquisition in 6 months for JHFOSTER. Devlinks joins a group of businesses including Accu Tech USA, Automation & Robotics Solutions (A&RS), Celco Automation, PTS Products, Sensors Incorporated, and Sensors Integration. The president of DevLinks, Robert Devlin, will report to Nicholas W. Martino, CEO and President of JHFOSTER.
DevLinks will continue to operate in Illinois, and nationally under the same brand, and remain at its headquarters in Arlington Heights. JHFOSTER will continue to operate in its five-state territory, and from its main location in Eagan, MN.
