Quotes Tab - Report Improvement for Manufacturers
Interlynx is pleased to share a new report feature that we have added to our Quote Management System.
Navigate to Interlynx's Quote Management System tab and select it. You will now see a new report called Quotes. Upon selecting it, you will find a list view of every quote in the system.
The report includes the name of the company, the brand, quote details including the date, the distributor it is assigned to, how long it took to view, how long it took to post and the status.
If included, there will be a sub status of the quote including if it was won and the dollar value. You may also see the red highlighted fields under the status. These indicate quotes that were either posted as open for future follow up or have not been responded to.
