Conference Sponsorship Program - Twice a Year

Boasting a membership of over 300 high technology Automation Solutions Provider and Manufacturer members, AHTD meetings are the premier high-technology automation event providing the tools, the education, and the networking that automation professionals find essential to innovation, collaboration, and quickly achieving their business goals. What marketing effort could be more relevant? Be more strategic? More focused? Sponsorship of the exciting program and activities offered at the AHTD semi-annual meetings allows you and your company to demonstrate your commitment to industrial automation and your dedication to doing high-tech better!

Please note that sponsorship orders received three weeks or more ahead of the event will be included in any on-site print materials.

Table Talker Print Piece

Any member company supporting the association with the AHTD Meeting Sponsor package will be represented on an eye-catching table-tent print piece strategically placed in front of conference attendees at the sponsored conference (Spring or Fall Meeting). Exclusive to this sponsorship level, this print piece will feature the sponsoring companies’ full-color print logo, sized equivalently with the other Meeting Sponsors, and will be placed on every table in the General Session Room.
 

Member Minute Video

The Member Minute Video is another item offered exclusively to members taking advantage of the AHTD Meeting Sponsor package. The organization(s) selecting this sponsorship level will be encouraged to create, record, and submit a video, maximum one (1) minute long, about their company (or product or service), ahead of the sponsored conference (Spring or Fall Meeting). The video will be AHTD-reviewed and approved before being played one time for membership on a date and at a time to be determined by AHTD. Each Meeting Sponsor company will take care of all elements of this video production and will provide the finished video according to the specifications detailed in the "Presentation Video Production Guidelines" document.
 

LinkedIn Profile Piece

AHTD will highlight the AHTD Meeting Sponsor member organizations with an individual profile piece on LinkedIn*, recognizing their generous sponsorship of the upcoming AHTD meeting. Using the company’s logo and marketing material found on the member’s website, AHTD will compose, publish, and share online each AHTD Meeting Sponsor’s spotlight feature in the lead-up to the sponsored conference (Spring or Fall Meeting).
 

Group LinkedIn Post

Sponsoring companies at all levels can be proud of their contribution to the success of our association meetings, and AHTD will proudly mention all sponsoring member companies in a variety of pre-conference LinkedIn posts in the lead-up to the sponsored conference (Spring or Fall Meeting). Meeting Sponsors, Reception Sponsors, and Networking Sponsors will be listed in various promotional updates tagged as “@mentions” at the bottom of the post and/or referenced in the comments section.
 

Signage at AHTD Evening Events

There occur five (5) evening events during which the AHTD Reception Sponsor signage will be displayed: The Future Leaders Program Meet-Up, The First-Time Attendee Orientation and Reception, The Welcome Reception, The Product Showcase and Reception, and The Final Night Party.
 

Signage during Hospitality Functions

There occur eight (8) hospitality functions during which the AHTD Networking Sponsor signage will be displayed: three (3) breakfasts, three (3) morning and afternoon breaks, and two (2) Lunches.
