Month 1: Leading with Emotional Intelligence (EI)
Emotional intelligence (EI) underlies a person’s self-awareness, empathy, and resilience and is fundamental to the ability to lead others. Research confirms that EI is more important than intellect (IQ) when it comes to achieving success in the workplace. This month's session helps managers understand and use emotionally intelligent leadership to inspire their employees and drive outstanding results.

Month 2: Honing Effective Communication Skills
Nearly 90% of problems in the workforce are attributable to miscommunication. Business leaders who can improve the clarity, simplicity, and proper extent of communications will achieve greater organizational success. This month's session is a refresher for leaders on how to accomplish goals by enhancing the effectiveness of communication to increase team understanding, alignment, and engagement

Month 3: Coaching and Leading High-Performers
Telling people what to do delivers bare minimum results. Guiding employees to self-discover the best solutions creates ownership and learning opportunities, inspiring innovation. In this month's session, participants will learn how to optimize results by establishing strong coaching relationships with their high performers.

Month 4: Managing Conflict and Building Collaboration
While diversity of thought and expertise can lead to greater innovation, employing people with different backgrounds, interests, and personalities can also lead to conflict which is stressful and unproductive. Business leaders who effectively manage conflict will build stronger teams of more productive and engaged employees. In this month's session, participants will learn methods for managing and resolving conflict, leading to greater collaboration in the workplace.

Month 5: Attracting and Retaining Talent in Today’s Labor Market
Talented people have options. Leaders need to develop and keep their best people while finding additional talent to meet organizational goals. This month's session reveals the best practices for attracting, developing, and retaining your organization’s greatest asset— your people.

Month 6: Understanding the Drivers of Employee Engagement in Hybrid Work Environments
Developing a highly engaged workforce is more challenging than ever given the increasing prevalence of hybrid work environments. The importance of having high employee engagement where workers deliver discretionary effort above and beyond what is expected, is now more critical than ever. In this month's session, business leaders will learn the primary drivers of employee engagement and the methods for motivating exceptional performance in a hybrid work environment.
