Fall Meeting


        

AHTD’s Fall Meeting 2021 is scheduled for October 20-22, 2021 in Colorado Springs, Colorado at the iconic Broadmoor Hotel.  AHTD looks forward to greeting friends - old and new - at the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, October 20. We will have our signature Product Showcase Reception on Thursday, October 21.  The Friday night party is sure to be memorable. Plan to stay over Friday, October 22 to take part.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: In order to prevent a cancellation or change fee of two night's room rate, cancellation or reduction in arrival and/or departure dates must be confirmed no later than THREE (3) days prior to your arrival date. 

Only registered conference attendees will be given access to the conference group room block.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to a non-refundable $75 processing fee. Cancellations received starting October 7 will not be refunded.

Notice of written cancellation must be emailed directly to Leigha Schatzman at leigha.schatzman@ahtd.org.

NOTE: Evening activities are open to attendees and registered guests only. Attendees must be 21 and older. Badges must be worn at all times. Attendees without a badge will be invoiced for a conference registration.
