Fall Registered Guest Program
Are you attending the AHTD Fall Meeting as a guest?
Wondering what to do while the meeting attendees are tucked into the general session? Join the ranks for our Registered Guest Program and connect with the warm and friendly folks who, for years, have made the most of this business trip.
The $750 registration fee grants you access to:
- The Registered Guest Reception on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.
- Opening Reception on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.
- Breakfast, lunch, tour, and Product Showcase on Thursday
- Breakfast, lunch, and final night party on Friday
That’s not all! The centerpiece of the Registered Guest Program has always been "Tour Day.” The Thursday of this Fall Meeting is no exception.

Breakfast available any time from: 7:00 to 8:30 a.m.
Tour of the Chihuly Garden and Glass, lunch, and shopping at Pike Place Market: 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Our Registered Guest Tour Day begins by boarding a chartered motorcoach to Seattle Center, home to museums and attractions including our destination: the iconic Chihuly Garden and Glass.
At the gallery of local artist Dale Chihuly, our group will be immersed in the world of this art glass pioneer’s exhibition. Contained in eight interior galleries, lush outdoor garden, and the centerpiece Glasshouse, we’ll see the exhibit that provides a glimpse into the inspiration and influences that inform the artist’s career. Get your cameras ready to capture the beauty of his art!
Our motorcoach will then take us for a short trip to eat lunch at Wild Ginger, an important fixture of the Seattle food scene since 1989. With a cuisine that spans the Pacific Rim from China to Indonesia, Wild Ginger offers a family-style serving format encouraging sharing, conversation, and exploration.
Before heading back to the hotel, we will travel a short distance to experience the historic Pike Place Market, host to over 600 businesses operating in the United States’ oldest continually operated farmers’ market. We’ll have time on our own to meet the Market’s lively characters, see fish fly, watch cheese being made, and discover the unique treasures that can only be found at this Market. We will return to the Hyatt Regency Bellevue in time to attend the Product Showcase.
Important notes: Food and drink are not allowed in the gallery, neither are large bags. Photos and flashes are encouraged, but please, NO tripods.
