Fall Registered Guest Program
Are you attending the AHTD Fall Meeting as a guest?
Wondering what to do while the meeting attendees are tucked into the general session? Join the ranks for our Registered Guest Program and connect with the warm and friendly folks who, for years, have made the most of this business trip.
The $650 registration fee grants you access to:
- The Registered Guest Reception on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.
- Opening Reception on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.
- Breakfast, Tour, and Product Showcase on Thursday
- Breakfast, lunch, and final night party on Friday
That’s not all! The centerpiece of the Registered Guest Program has always been "Tour Day.” The Thursday of this Fall Meeting is no exception.
Registered Guest Program Tour Day
Breakfast: 8:00 to 9:00 a.m.
Lunch at Island Gypsy followed by a Pickleball Workshop: 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Here’s your opportunity to learn the fastest-growing sport in America…pickleball!!! It’s a quirky sport that is a cross between tennis, ping pong, and badminton, and a blast to play! We will start the day at the "Locally World Famous" Island Gypsy Cafe & Marina Bar for a delicious lunch. After fueling up, it’s just a short transfer to our Pickleball Challenge Event. You will learn how to play and then get a chance to try out your skills in team challenges. Not terribly athletic or coordinated? Don’t worry…pickleball is fun and easy for all skill levels. Chances are you will buy your own paddle once you get home so you can play again!
Tour includes transportation, lunch at the "Locally World Famous" Island Gypsy, 2-hour Pickleball Challenge Event (lesson and game), taxes, and gratuities. Casual attire is recommended. Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are also recommended. Guests will play pickleball, so athletic shoes/sandals are suggested.
