AHTD’s room block is crafted to accommodate attendees coming in for the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, October 25th, and departing on Saturday, October 28th.
Attendees wishing to extend the fun and desire pre/post dates will need to work with the hotel directly for rates and availability. We agree with you…the rooms and rates should be available to you whenever you want, for however long you want! If we could make it so, we sure would. Thanks in advance for your understanding that those extra nights, extended group rate, etc. just might not be possible.
Check in time is 4:00 p.m. to Midnight
Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
In order to prevent a cancellation or change fee of one night's room rate, cancellation or reduction in arrival and/or departure dates must be confirmed no later than FIVE (5) days prior to your arrival date.
Only registered conference attendees will be given access to the conference group room block.

To be around for the entire meeting from Welcome Reception through to the Final Night Party, be sure to book to check in on Wednesday, October 25 and check out on Saturday, October 28, 2023.
Please note: AHTD is not holding rooms at the Hilton. Please book at your own risk and know the cancellation penalties if you opt to cancel the Hilton reservation in the event you are able to get a room at the host hotel.
