General Session #1: Kindra Hall
Story Selling
8:00 - 10:00 a.m.
Kindra Hall, a former vice president of sales, breaks down the power of strategic storytelling to influence buyer’s behavior and, ultimately, close more deals. Kindra walks through compelling, even shocking, research proving the story’s ability to render price irrelevant, fast-track trust and likability, double efforts, and create a lasting, advantageous impression.
You will learn the stories you must be able to tell, how to find them, and in which scenarios they will yield maximum results. Kindra inspires audiences and gives them the confidence to switch to the story default in high-stakes sales situations to increase their effectiveness, enhance their relationship, and ultimately generate more revenue.
General Session #2: Kevin Brown
The Hero Effect: Being Your Best When it Matters the Most
10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
In a fresh and entertaining style, Kevin shares ideas, strategies and principles that will inspire and equip you to show up every day and make a positive difference. The heart of his message is a simple, yet powerful philosophy for life that drives every thought, every action, and ultimately every result you achieve both personally and professionally. Your team will be motivated to reach beyond what is required and do something remarkable! Kevin will help you achieve greater results by eliminating “ordinary" thinking and mastering the habit of excellence; own the moments that matter (and they all matter) by taking responsibility for their attitude, their actions, and their results; and create meaningful relationships and deliver an extraordinary experience for every “customer” at work and at home.
General Session #3: Jim Abbott
ADAPT - Overcoming Challenges
1:15 - 2:30 p.m.
Major League pitcher Jim Abbott was born with only one hand, but he adapted, overcame adversity and found excellence in his 10-year professional pitching career. Abbott knows that to continue to move towards our goals we must be willing to adapt, to change, and to mold ourselves in order to meet the obstacles in our own way. Using ADAPT as a trust acronym, Abbott strings together a powerful set of words that provide five incredible strategies to help audiences reach their fullest potential
