Are you attending the AHTD Spring Meeting as a guest? Wondering what to do while the meeting attendees are tucked into the general session? Join the ranks for our Registered Guest Program and get connected with the warm and friendly folks that for years have made the most of this business trip.
The $575 registration fee grants you access to:
- The Guest Reception on Wednesday at 5:00 pm
- Opening Reception on Wednesday at 6:00 pm
- Breakfast, Tour, and Product Showcase on Thursday
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday
That’s not all! The centerpiece of the Guest Program has always been the "Tour Day”. The Thursday of our Spring Meeting is no exception.

Our spouse day will be full of adventure in St. Augustine! After a bus ride to St. Augustine, we will be greeted at
Castillo De San Marcos, a national monument and oldest masonry fort in the US, where guides will take us on a walking tour including history and highlights of the city.
Since there are so many wonderful restaurants in this charming city, we couldn’t pick just one. And so, we picked three! We will have a progressive lunch starting at the iconic Columbia Restaurant. From there we will split into two groups, and each will go to a different restaurant for the second and third courses. Yum!
Note: AHTD will arrange for motorcoach transportation for our day together. We will book enough vehicles to support social distancing within the motorcoach. For those participants who would rather drive separately, AHTD will provide meet-up location address to rendezvous with the group.
COVID safety and our activities: we will design the activity to be outside as much as possible. When we can, we will dine outside at the restaurant locations on our tasting/tour. We will work with the locations to design seating with safety in mind.
