5 Steps to Making the Impossible Possible
Ben has driven many other people to chase and achieve their dreams, as both a helping hand and as an inspiration. These experiences have taught him that articulating and prioritizing your personal goals is not a selfish act—but one that creates a ripple effect that can both help and inspire others to live their best life. His message of radical possibility combined with his “5 Steps to Make the Impossible Possible” will leave you not only inspired but also equipped to tackle the seemingly insurmountable. Ben’s system of achieving impossible goals demystifies daunting tasks by turning “dreams” into “projects” and creating a digestible pathway to success. It’s never too late to start your list or leave a lasting impact on others.

Developing a New Business Model to Disrupt the Industry
Is your business model keeping up with the times? The market has changed with E-Commerce, an ongoing pandemic, generational transition, industry pricing transparency, changes in buyer sourcing behaviors, digitization of everything else, and the list goes on. All of these can present major challenges to firms with outdated business models. Join Mike Marks as he takes a deep dive into unpacking the AHTD business model into component pieces. This session will provide us with an industry-specific analysis of the AHTD business model and a framework so that a senior executive team can analyze and potentially pivot component parts of their existing business models to gain a competitive advantage.

How the Pandemic is Sparking a Global Surge in Robots and Automation
The pandemic is causing online commerce to skyrocket as consumers and businesses turn to vendors like Amazon, Walmart, and Alibaba. This puts tremendous pressure on warehouses and transport centers and robots are coming to the rescue. Ken Goldberg will explore the recent advances in automation that combine data, computing, and AI which allow robots to learn from examples and to reliably grasp novel objects from bins and shelves. Ken will delve into the increasing adoption of robots in healthcare and agriculture that will persist long after the pandemic. In addition, he will discuss how AI and robots complement human skills, allowing us to focus on what humans do best: innovation, empathy, and communication.
