Impact & Influence: How Mentorship Sparks Growth and Inspires Leadership
In our first meet-up of 2026, we set the stage by discussing how women can access the career advice that moves us from places of influence to positions of power. We worked to reshape perceptions and address systemic barriers by focusing on personal growth, networking, and building the strategic, financial, and business acumen needed to be considered for senior leadership. We examined the impact of choosing ourselves to lead, explored how to courageously navigate the workplace, and discussed ways to avoid the negative consequences often tied to pursuing positions of power – all with the goal of helping us rise to the next level.
