Join us September 22-24, 2026 for AHTD's Fall Meeting 2026 at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa. AHTD looks forward to greeting friends old and new at the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, September 22 (You read that right. Welcome Reception is on a TUESDAY), learning about new member offerings at our signature Product Showcase Reception on Wednesday, September 23, and celebrating at the final night party on Thursday, September 24! Hotel Cancellation Policy
To prevent a cancellation or change fee of one night's room rate, cancellation or reduction in arrival and/or departure dates must be confirmed no later than THREE (3) days prior to your arrival date.
Only registered meeting attendees will be given access to the group room block.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to a non-refundable $75 processing fee. Cancellations received starting September 14, will not be refunded.
Notice of written cancellation must be emailed directly to Leigha Schatzman at leigha.schatzman@ahtd.org.
NOTE: Attendees must be 21 and older. Evening activities are open only to those with a Fall Meeting 2026 badge: attendees, registered guests, and those who purchase an à la carte badge. Fall Meeting 2026 badges must be worn at all times. Individuals not wearing an FM26 badge will be invoiced for a registration fee at the applicable rates.
