AHTD Gives Back

AHTD and the Registered Guest Program Group are partnering Treehouse in Washington!

No matter the circumstances, it's difficult for foster children to be taken from the only home they've known, oftentimes, leaving with only a small bag of belongings, or maybe even just the clothes they are wearing. Know what can make this necessary transition easier?  Receiving clothing, school supplies, books, and toiletries from generous donors like you!  
 
This year, Treehouse is working with thousands of youth across Washington, providing high-quality essentials, individualized academic support, and funding to create positive experiences aimed at identity development and helping the youth to grow and lead successful adult lives. They need our help.

What can you do?? Join AHTD as we partner with Seattle's Treehouse to help provide the foster children of Washington with the necessities they do not have!



 
Consider donating to the cause!  There are two ways:

1. Make a little room in your luggage to bring and donate some of the new or gently used items on the Treehouse dream list.  Treehouse supports children and youth across a wide age range, so please click here to note the list of items the organization needs! If you're going to the store and would like to grab some items, here is a quick list of supplies for school age children.
2. If you would prefer to send items through Amazon, Treehouse has a site set up for donations to go directly to them here.
