Hotel Cancellation Policy
To prevent a cancellation or change fee of one night's room rate, cancellation or reduction in arrival and/or departure dates must be confirmed no later than FIVE (5) days prior to your arrival date.
Only registered meeting attendees will be given access to the group room block.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to a non-refundable $75 processing fee. Cancellations received starting March 20, 2026, will not be refunded.
Notice of written cancellation must be emailed directly to Leigha Schatzman at leigha.schatzman@ahtd.org.
NOTE: Attendees must be 21 and older. Evening activities are open only to those with a Spring Meeting 2026 badge: attendees, registered guests, and those who purchase an à la carte badge. Spring Meeting 2026 badges must be worn at all times. Individuals not wearing an SM26 badge will be invoiced for a registration fee at the applicable rates.
