Join us for one of our largest and most popular meeting events where you will have the chance to introduce AHTD members to your company’s products and services. A cocktail reception will serve as the backdrop to this exciting networking and promotional opportunity. Attendees circulate through the showcase area while enjoying appetizers and beverages provided thanks to our Reception Sponsors. Product Showcase display booths (booths) are in limited supply and may sell out.

This & That
- Product Showcase booths are in limited supply and may sell out at any time without any advanced notice to members.
- The fee to exhibit does NOT include the $1450 member registration for full meeting attendance. Anyone planning to attend the full meeting in addition to displaying at the Product Showcase will need to register as a full meeting attendee while registering for the Product Showcase.
- Each booth will be provided with: one 6' table and 2 chairs, ONLY. PLEASE ensure your display will fit within the 6' wide area. This is a tabletop event - no large structures, please.
- BANNER HEIGHTS MUST NOT EXCEED 8' - whether the banner is placed on the floor, tabletop, or on a chair.
All displays must go on the table except where a heavier piece is involved. These can be left on the floor within the assigned booth. Aisles must be kept clear at all times. - No exhibits will be permitted which interfere with the use of another exhibitor’s booth, impede access to another exhibitor’s booth, or impede the free use of any aisle. Exhibition personnel are required to confine their activities to within their assigned exhibitor booth.
- Tables will NOT be automatically set with electricity or internet. Additional fees will be charged for these extra services. Fill out appropriate forms and email/fax to contact names on each.
- The exhibit hall will be open for set-up by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23.
- Each exhibitor’s booth must be set and ready by the opening time of the Product Showcase Reception at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23.
- Tear-down begins at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23, and must be completed that evening.
